CVSS v3.1 |
| Vulnerability in the Oracle Agile Product Lifecycle Management for Process product of Oracle Supply Chain (component: Product Quality Management). The supported version that is affected is 6.2.4. Easily exploitable vulnerability allows unauthenticated attacker with network access via HTTP to compromise Oracle Agile Product Lifecycle Management for Process. Successful attacks of this vulnerability can result in unauthorized access to critical data or complete access to all Oracle Agile Product Lifecycle Management for Process accessible data as well as unauthorized update, insert or delete access to some of Oracle Agile Product Lifecycle Management for Process accessible data. CVSS 3.1 Base Score 8.2 (Confidentiality and Integrity impacts). CVSS Vector: (CVSS:3.1/AV:N/AC:L/PR:N/UI:N/S:U/C:H/I:L/A:N). |
| Consul-k8s versions 0.42.0 and later are vulnerable to a cross-namespace authorization bypass in component ACL binding rules that may allow an attacker to obtain elevated Consul privileges. This vulnerability (CVE-2026-110720) is fixed in consul-k8s 2.1.0 and 1.8.18. |
| This issue was addressed with improved permissions checking. This issue is fixed in iOS 18.7.7 and iPadOS 18.7.7, iOS 26.4 and iPadOS 26.4, iOS 26.7.2 and iPadOS 26.7.2, macOS Sequoia 15.7.5, macOS Sequoia 15.8.2, macOS Sonoma 14.8.5, macOS Tahoe 26.4, macOS Tahoe 26.7.2, visionOS 26.4, watchOS 26.4. A local attacker may gain access to user's Keychain items. |
| Mem0 provides persistent memory infrastructure for AI agents and applications. Prior to Python SDK 2.0.18 and TypeScript SDK 3.1.6, _build_session_scope() in mem0/memory/main.py and Memory.buildSessionScope() in the TypeScript SDK join caller-controlled user_id, agent_id, and run_id values using unescaped & and = delimiters. A caller can embed another scope component in a controlled identifier so that distinct tenant tuples produce the same session_scope key. Memory.add(), AsyncMemory.add(), and the REST POST /memories flow use that key to read and save recent raw messages, allowing cross-tenant conversation disclosure and eviction or interleaving of another tenant's history. This issue is fixed in Python SDK 2.0.18 and TypeScript SDK 3.1.6. |

| SmileCDR HAPI FHIR does not correctly check authorization for conditional create actions. A user with CREATE but not READ permissions could submit a conditional create whose predicate matches an existing resource and receive the target resource's contents. |
| Burrito is a Terraform Automation Collaboration Software (TACoS) Kubernetes operator. Prior to 0.13.0, `POST /api/webhook` accepts unsigned GitHub and GitLab events when a `TerraformRepository`'s credentials omit `webhookSecret` or set it to an empty value, including credentials configured for git authentication and polling. `Credential.WebhookSecret` is optional, and `go-playground/webhooks` skips signature or token verification when the secret is empty. Anyone who can reach `burrito-server`'s endpoint and knows a tracked repository's URL can forge events to create or delete `TerraformPullRequest` custom resources with attacker-chosen `Branch`, `Base`, and `ID` fields. For GitHub `pull_request` events, the controller fetches changed files using the real pull request number but does not cross-check the payload's branch against that pull request. Pairing a real, existing pull request number with an unrelated existing branch in the same repository can therefore cause an unauthorized `terraform plan` for affected layers using the operator's stored git and cloud credentials. Code analysis also indicates that the resulting plan can be posted to the real pull request's comment thread, exposing and misattributing another branch's infrastructure changes. Auto-apply is disabled for these temporary layers, so this vulnerability alone cannot force a `terraform apply`; plan-time provider and data-source code execution depends on the selected branch's contents. This issue is fixed in version 0.13.0. |
| LangGraph checkpoint savers provide Postgres- and SQLite-backed state persistence for LangGraph workflows and agents. Prior to langgraph-checkpoint-postgres 3.1.3 and langgraph-checkpoint-sqlite 3.1.2, PostgresStore, AsyncPostgresStore, SqliteStore, and AsyncSqliteStore flatten namespace labels with ".".join(namespace), while BaseStore validates labels only for put and aput. Unvalidated dotted labels passed through get, search, delete, list_namespaces, their asynchronous equivalents, or direct batch and abatch operations can resolve to another tenant's stored namespace, allowing cross-namespace reads, overwrites, or deletion. InMemoryStore is not affected because it compares namespace tuples. This issue is fixed in langgraph-checkpoint-postgres 3.1.3 and langgraph-checkpoint-sqlite 3.1.2. |
| Mattermost versions 11.7.x <= 11.7.10 fail to validate reserved system post types on the scheduled post creation and publication paths which allows an authenticated channel member to publish messages rendering as trusted system events via the scheduled post endpoint.. Mattermost Advisory ID: MMSA-2026-00732 |
| goose from 1.28.0 before 1.44.0 contains an authorization bypass vulnerability that allows tools to run without user approval in Manual Approval mode because persisted read-only annotations are never cleared by update_goose_mode. After a session uses Smart Approval mode, prompt-injected calls to tools annotated readOnlyHint: true execute without prompting, bypassing the user's selected approval mode in PermissionInspector::inspect. |
| Mattermost versions 11.7.x <= 11.7.10 fail to restrict which built-in roles can be assigned to a team member via the API, which allows a team admin to grant a team member permissions beyond those permitted by the configured permission scheme via the {{update-team-member-roles}} REST API.. Mattermost Advisory ID: MMSA-2026-00734 |
| Incorrect authorization in Windows Kernel-Mode Drivers allows an authorized attacker to disclose information locally. |
| A flaw was found in FreeIPA. An improper authorization check allows an authenticated host to retrieve and revoke digital certificates assigned to other users or services. This issue occurs because FreeIPA verifies ownership solely by matching the host name to the certificate's subject Common Name (CN), without confirming actual ownership in the directory service. Consequently, an enrolled host can disrupt services by revoking certificates belonging to other entities. |
| SurrealDB before 3.3.0 contains an authorization bypass vulnerability that allows record users to read fields hidden by field-level SELECT permissions through LIVE SELECT projections. Attackers can project restricted fields from the unreduced $after or $before parameters under an alias to receive exact stored values in CREATE, UPDATE, and DELETE notifications. |
| Incorrect authorization in Windows Key Distribution Center allows an authorized attacker to bypass a security feature over a network. |
| Netgate pfSense CE through 2.9.0 contains an authorization bypass vulnerability that allows read-only WebGUI users to replace config.xml because config_restore() and config_install() ignore the 'User - Config: Deny Config Write' privilege. Attackers holding page privileges for services_acb.php, uploadconfig.php, diag_confbak.php, or diag_backup.php can install a chosen config.xml to gain root-level code execution after reload or reboot. |
| Incorrect Authorization vulnerability in ash-project ash_postgres allows a user to read another tenant's record through a skipped upsert.
When Ash.bulk_create/4 or a single create runs as an upsert with return_skipped_upsert?: true and the upsert is skipped (for example because its upsert_condition does not hold), AshPostgres.DataLayer reads the existing row back by the upsert identity in do_bulk_create/3 and upsert/4. That lookup did not apply the resource's attribute multitenancy, so on a resource using strategy :attribute it could match and return the row of another tenant with the same identity values, exposing its fields to the caller.
This issue affects ash_postgres: from 2.6.22 before 2.15.2. |
| Incorrect Authorization vulnerability in ash-project ash_postgres allows a user to load destination records linked to a source record only through another tenant's join rows.
When a many_to_many relationship, or a through relationship, is loaded with a lateral join (for example with a per-record limit or sort), AshPostgres.DataLayer builds the query for the join resource, and for each resource along a through path, in lateral_join_query/3 and through_step_queries/4 without running that resource's read action, which is where attribute multitenancy is applied. When those resources use strategy :attribute multitenancy, rows belonging to other tenants were joined, so the load returned destination records that the caller's tenant is not related to.
This issue affects ash_postgres: from 0.38.0 before 2.15.2. |
| Incorrect Authorization vulnerability in ash-project ash allows a client to read destination records unrelated to the source record through a through relationship.
When a has_many relationship declared with through: was loaded for a single record with a limit of 1, or an unsorted has_one through relationship was loaded with a limit of 1, lateral_join?/4 in lib/ash/actions/read/relationships.ex chose the path that reads the destination without any filter linking it to the source. The load returned the first destination record by sort, or any other record with an offset. The read still runs the destination's policies but carries the relationship as accessing_from, so a client paging such a field (for example teachers(limit: 1, offset: n) through AshGraphql) can enumerate destination records that policies allow only when reached through that relationship.
This issue affects ash: from 3.24.0 before 3.37.1. |
