| CVE-2026-106493 | 2 Backstage, Linuxfoundation | 7 Backstage, Plugin-catalog-backend-module-aws, Plugin-catalog-backend-module-azure and 4 more | 2026-10-22 | 3 Low |
| Backstage is an open framework for building developer portals. Prior to 1.54.6, cloud storage catalog providers did not sufficiently validate object paths. A principal able to create or rename objects in a configured Azure Blob Storage or AWS S3 catalog source could cause catalog descriptors to be read from outside the intended storage boundary, limited to locations reachable with the backend's configured credentials. This issue is fixed in 1.54.6. | ||||
| CVE-2026-106494 | 2 Backstage, Linuxfoundation | 4 Backend-defaults, Backstage, Backstage and 1 more | 2026-10-22 | 4.4 Medium |
| Backstage is an open framework for building developer portals. Prior to 0.17.8, the @backstage/backend-defaults package is affected by improper input validation in cloud storage url readers. An attacker with write access to a cloud storage bucket used by Backstage could craft object names that could collide with protected files in the output directory. In certain deployment configurations, this could lead to content injection. This issue is fixed in version 0.17.8. | ||||

| WooThemes Diarise through 1.5.9 contains a file read vulnerability that allows unauthenticated attackers to read arbitrary files through the calendar parameter of download.php. Attackers can send GET requests with file:// scheme paths to the calendar parameter to disclose sensitive files like /etc/passwd. Exploitation evidence was first observed by the Shadowserver Foundation on 2023-10-19. | ||||
| CVE-2018-25438 | 1 Intermesh | 1 Group-office | 2026-10-22 | 7.5 High |
| Intermesh Group-Office 3.3.0 before 3.5.5 contains an unauthenticated path traversal vulnerability in compress.php that allows remote attackers to read arbitrary files by manipulating the 'file' parameter. Attackers can send GET requests to /compress.php with '../' sequences in the 'file' parameter, which is appended to the cache path and passed to readfile(), to read files such as /etc/passwd. Exploitation evidence was first observed by the Shadowserver Foundation on 2023-10-21. | ||||
| CVE-2026-114040 | 1 Dt42 | 1 Berrynet | 2026-10-22 | 3.5 Low |
| A security vulnerability has been detected in DT42 BerryNet up to 3.10.2. The affected element is the function DLModelManager.get_model_meta of the file berrynet/dlmodelmgr.py of the component Model Package Metadata Handler. The manipulation of the argument label leads to path traversal. The attack is possible to be carried out remotely. The exploit has been disclosed publicly and may be used. The project was informed of the problem early through an issue report but has not responded yet. | ||||
| CVE-2026-114140 | 1 Jupyter | 1 Nbconvert | 2026-10-22 | 7.8 High |
| The nbconvert tool, jupyter nbconvert, converts Jupyter notebooks to various other formats via Jinja templates. From 5.4.0 until 7.17.2, ExtractOutputPreprocessor in nbconvert/preprocessors/extractoutput.py joins the attacker-controlled cell output metadata filename to output_files_dir without limiting the result to the intended directory. When a victim converts a malicious notebook with the markdown, LaTeX, reStructuredText, or AsciiDoc exporter, path traversal in the output filename can write attacker-controlled output data to arbitrary locations accessible to the victim. Running the notebook cell again replaces the malicious output metadata, but merely converting the supplied notebook does not. This issue is fixed in version 7.17.2. | ||||
| CVE-2026-91375 | 1 Oracle | 2 Java Se, Oracle Java Se | 2026-10-22 | 4.7 Medium |
| Vulnerability in Oracle Java SE (component: Libraries). Supported versions that are affected are Oracle Java SE: 8u503-perf, 11.0.32.1, 17.0.20.1, 21.0.12.1, 25.0.4.1, 27; Oracle GraalVM for JDK: 17.0.20.1 and 21.0.12.1; Oracle GraalVM Enterprise Edition: 21.3.19.1.1. Difficult to exploit vulnerability allows unauthenticated attacker with logon to the infrastructure where Oracle Java SE executes to compromise Oracle Java SE. Successful attacks require human interaction from a person other than the attacker. Successful attacks of this vulnerability can result in unauthorized creation, deletion or modification access to critical data or all Oracle Java SE accessible data. Note: This vulnerability can be exploited by using APIs in the specified Component, e.g., through a web service which supplies data to the APIs. This vulnerability also applies to Java deployments, typically in clients running sandboxed Java Web Start applications or sandboxed Java applets, that load and run untrusted code (e.g., code that comes from the internet) and rely on the Java sandbox for security. CVSS 3.1 Base Score 4.7 (Integrity impacts). CVSS Vector: (CVSS:3.1/AV:L/AC:H/PR:N/UI:R/S:U/C:N/I:H/A:N). | ||||
| CVE-2026-51880 | 1 Hkuds | 1 Deeptutor | 2026-10-22 | 9.8 Critical |
| deeptutor 1.4.0 contains a path traversal issue in EditFileTool.execute. Through the live tutorbot WebSocket interface, a remote caller can induce the tool layer to write or edit absolute paths outside the intended bot workspace. | ||||
| CVE-2026-92205 | 1 Busybox | 1 Busybox | 2026-10-22 | 6.1 Medium |
| BusyBox libarchive Symlink Directory Traversal Arbitrary File Creation Vulnerability. This vulnerability allows remote attackers to create arbitrary files on affected installations of BusyBox. User interaction is required to exploit this vulnerability in that the target must visit a malicious page or open a malicious file. The specific flaw exists within the libarchive component. The issue results from the lack of proper validation of a user-supplied path prior to using it in file operations. An attacker can leverage this vulnerability to create files in the context of the current user. Was ZDI-CAN-27556. | ||||
| CVE-2026-85114 | 1 Siemens | 1 .net Client Library For Simatic S7 Webserver Api | 2026-10-22 | 7.5 High |
| A vulnerability has been identified in .NET Client Library for SIMATIC S7 Webserver API (All versions < V3.3.61). Affected applications do not properly validate filenames received from remote servers during ticket downloads. This could allow an attacker who can manipulate the ticket response to write arbitrary files outside the intended download directory and, when overwriting is enabled, replace existing files accessible to the application. | ||||
| CVE-2026-106108 | 1 Quasarframework | 2 App-vite, Quasar | 2026-10-22 | N/A |
| Quasar Framework is a framework for building high-performance Vue.js user interfaces. From 3.1.0 until 3.3.0, @quasar/app-vite SSG page definitions returned by getSsgPages() could supply dir and filename values that were joined to build.distDir without verifying the final destination. Parent traversal or an existing symlink below the distribution directory could create new HTML files or directories outside the output tree with the build user's permissions. Application configuration and SSG page definitions are trusted by default, so exploitation requires a build process that derives them from external or otherwise less-trusted content; existing files remain protected by the renderer's no-overwrite behavior. This issue is fixed in version 3.3.0. | ||||
| CVE-2026-111833 | 2026-10-22 | 7.5 High | ||

| CVE-2026-114370 | 1 Redhat | 6 Camel Spring Boot, Enterprise Linux, Jboss Enterprise Application Platform and 3 more | 2026-10-21 | 3.7 Low |
| A flaw was found in the PathResourceManager component of the Undertow web server. This component is responsible for serving static files from the file system. The issue occurs because the mechanism used to verify if a symbolic link points to a safe location only checks if the target path starts with a specific string, without ensuring it matches a full directory name. This could allow an attacker to access files in a sibling directory if that directorys name starts with the same characters as an authorized safe directory. | ||||
| CVE-2026-110212 | 1 Stonewuu | 1 Ai-fusion-video | 2026-10-21 | 4.3 Medium |
| Stonewuu ai-fusion-video through 1.2.0 contains a path traversal vulnerability that allows authenticated users to write uploaded files outside the media directory via the subDir parameter of POST /api/storage/upload. Attackers can supply parent-directory sequences that LocalStorageStrategy.storeBytes never normalizes, creating directories and writing attacker-controlled files with chosen extensions anywhere the service account can write. | ||||
| CVE-2026-110232 | 1 Fossify | 1 Fossify File Manager | 2026-10-21 | 3.3 Low |
| Fossify File Manager through 1.6.2 contains a path traversal vulnerability that allows crafted ZIP archives to write files outside the extraction folder by bypassing an unanchored startsWith check. Attackers can supply archive entries like ../<name>_x/file to create or overwrite files in sibling folders when a user extracts the archive. | ||||
| CVE-2026-110268 | 2 Wordpress-extensions, Wpazleen | 2 Post Export Import With Media, Post Export Import With Media | 2026-10-21 | 4.9 Medium |
| The Post Export Import with Media plugin for WordPress is vulnerable to Directory Traversal in all versions up to, and including, 1.17.2 via the 'theme_slug' parameter. This makes it possible for authenticated attackers, with administrator-level access and above, to perform actions on files outside of the originally intended directory. Exploitation requires the peiwm_enable_admin_download_buttons feature to be enabled in the plugin settings. | ||||
